These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Glitch ("the Service"), an AI-powered operator application available through the GoHighLevel ("GHL") marketplace. The Service is provided by Real Talk with Andres & Heather, LLC (DBA RunMyCRM), operating as RunMyCRM ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to, accessing, or using Glitch, you ("you," "your," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Real Talk with Andres & Heather, LLC (DBA RunMyCRM).
These messages may include:

1. Service Description Glitch is an AI operator that runs inside your GoHighLevel sub-account. It leverages large language models (including Claude, accessed via OpenRouter) to perform tasks on your behalf within your GHL environment. Core capabilities include: Reading and writing GHL data — contacts, conversations, pipelines, calendars, and other CRM records within your sub-account. Sending and receiving Telegram messages — enabling real-time communication and task management through Telegram. AI-powered automation — drafting messages, summarizing conversations, triaging leads, executing workflows, and performing other operator tasks using AI reasoning. Glitch acts solely within the scope of your GHL sub-account and the permissions you grant. It does not access other users' accounts or data outside your authorized environment.
2. Eligibility To use Glitch, you must: Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). Hold an active GoHighLevel account in good standing. Agree to and remain in compliance with GoHighLevel's own Terms of Service. Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access if any eligibility requirement is not met
3. Subscription Tiers and Billing 3.1 Plans and Pricing Glitch is offered under the following monthly subscription tiers: Plan Monthly Price Notes Beta $197/month Early-access tier Starter $297/month Standard entry tier Pro $497/month Advanced capabilities Agency $999/month Multi-account and team features Friends & Family $99/month Invite-only; not publicly available All prices are in US dollars. Features and limits for each tier are described on our website and may be updated from time to time. 3.2 Billing All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file. Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your initial subscription date. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 3.3 Price Changes We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' written notice via email. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
4. Free Trial [If a free trial is offered, its duration and terms will be specified here. During any trial period, you may cancel at any time without charge. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled.]
5. Acceptable Use You agree to use Glitch only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you shall not: Send spam or unsolicited messages — including bulk outreach that violates CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, or similar regulations. Scrape or harvest personal data outside the scope of your own GHL sub-account. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation you do not have. Generate content that violates third-party rights — including intellectual property infringement, defamation, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or deceptive. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models, algorithms, or source code of the Service. Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls imposed by the Service or its underlying infrastructure. Use the Service to facilitate illegal activity of any kind. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of this section, in accordance with Section 10
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer Glitch uses large language models to generate text, summaries, responses, and other output. You acknowledge and agree that: AI output is non-deterministic. The same input may produce different results at different times. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before it is sent, published, or acted upon. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice — including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of, or reliance on, AI-generated content. You retain full responsibility for all communications and actions taken through Glitch on your behalf.
7. User Data and Ownership 7.1 Your Data You own all data in your GHL sub-account ("Your Data"). Glitch processes Your Data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell, share, or use Your Data for any purpose other than delivering the Service. 7.2 Data Processing By using Glitch, you authorize us to read, write, and process Your Data within your GHL sub-account as necessary to perform the functions you request. This may include transmitting portions of Your Data to third party AI model providers (such as OpenRouter and Anthropic) for processing. We take reasonable steps to ensure that third-party processors handle Your Data in accordance with their respective privacy and data handling policies. 7.3 Privacy Policy Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at [Privacy Policy URL]. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Service Availability 8.1 Uptime Target We target 99% monthly uptime for the Service. This target is a goal, not a guarantee or service-level agreement (SLA). 8.2 Third-Party Dependencies Glitch relies on third-party services including GoHighLevel, OpenRouter, Anthropic (Claude), Telegram, and Stripe. We are not responsible for outages, downtime, or service degradation caused by these third-party providers. 8.3 Maintenance We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Where feasible, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance
9. Refunds If you are dissatisfied with the Service, you may request a pro-rated refund within 14 days of your first charge. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with your account details and reason for the request. No refunds will be issued after the 14-day window has elapsed. Refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis for the unused portion of the billing period.
10. Termination 10.1 Termination by You You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. 10.2 Termination by Us We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service: • • With 7 days' written notice for violations of these Terms, giving you an opportunity to cure the violation where applicable. Immediately and without notice in cases of abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or conduct that poses a security risk to the Service or other users. 10.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination: • • Your access to the Service will be revoked. Any data we hold on your behalf (excluding Your Data stored within your own GHL sub-account, which remains under your control) will be deleted within 30 days
11. Limitation of Liability 11.1 Liability Cap To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 11.2 Exclusion of Damages To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, regardless of the theory of liability. 11.3 Essential Purpose The limitations in this section apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
12. Indemnification 12.1 Your Indemnification of Us You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Real Talk HA (DBA RunMyCRM), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: Your use of the Service. Your violation of these Terms. Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right. Content you generate, send, or publish through the Service. 12.2 Our Indemnification of You • We agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless you from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: Our breach of these Terms. Our gross negligence or willful misconduct in providing the Service. Any infringement of a third party's intellectual property rights by the Service itself (excluding content generated at your direction).
13. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do: We will provide at least 30 days' notice via the email address associated with your account. The updated Terms will include a revised "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect
14. General Provisions 14.1 Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. 14.2 Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. 14.3 Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 14.4 Entire Agreement These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. 14.5 Waiver Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. 14.6 Assignment You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
